  1. Cant say I’m much of an almond milk fan. I stick more to oat milk, it has little to no sugar depending on whether or not you have sweetened or not. But this is just a personal preference.

    And I might try this, I’m trying to get in shape for my first year of high school, I might just change some of the meals to fit more of my daily intake. But this is so helpful!

  2. tip: manuka honey is incredible for when you have a cold! just take 3 teaspoons a day and eventually you’ll notice to feel better and lose your sore throat and stuffy nose

  5. if ur on a strict diet, try following these steps. This is how i lost a lot of weight

    morning: yogurt with any flavourings if needed and some granola or dried fruit
    lunch: just 1 or 2 boiled eggs in brown bread snadwhich.
    dinner: cous cous with boiled and salad.

    If you hvae any alergies to any of the foods i have recomended, plese dont try this diet as it ois not for you.

  7. I really love your thoughts regarding this matter, but we both know that there’s no other diet on earth that delivers so many across the board health benefits WITHOUT calorie counting, hype, gimmicks or anything like that. Luckily i found this @t
    and it helps me a lot.

  8. It would have been better if I seen this particular “Yamzοkο Weebly” (Google it) a few years back. For 15 days of pursuing the programs, I dropped TWELVE lbs Of course I exercise a couple of times weekly, and eat good food. The outcome shown to me is remarkable. Certainly, this plan is recommended and I also do wish this would work to you too as it did to me. .
