    Automatically my posture gets erected while sitting and standing
    Increases my ability to handle emotions and anger and fear

  2. Im 22 years old, I’ve been in love with workouts since i was 20 years old. I never quit exercising and keep staying active everyday. Sorry if i had a bad english
