  8. I have been suffering depression for over 20 years 10 of those years were "breathing but dead" two days a go a read a story about the mother committed suicide due to her depression. my heart melts for her and her children it was living in it again. I decided on that very day to make a video to show case a very little of what mothers with depression go through. I will when I am brave enough to share my story make a video about my own suffering.
Please have a look at my video here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lSGloVp8LS4 and share with those who do not understand depression in mothers with children we need to kill the stigma and save lives.
    Thank you

  9. This is helpful apart from when I tried to talk to one of my friends she just looked at me and interrupted what I was saying "and said and other people aren’t mentally ‘wrong’ get over it",it really upset me and I felt like running off and crying but I couldn’t because we were in form. At lunch I had to retake one of my examinations it was Spanish and I don’t really understand Spanish, well my teacher came into the room at the end of lunch to me crying my eyes out having a mental breakdown because I was so overwhelmed with my mental health and I was struggling with my retake he came and sat next to me and we talked about why I was so worked up and he promised he would try and support me more in lessons and that he didn’t want me to get worked up over a silly retake of an exam. I ended up walking into my math lesson 15 mins late with tears rolling down my face not really knowing what was wrong but feeling slightly better because someone had listened to me for a while.

  10. Even HRD staff in a hospital is not willing to listen. Few seconds you speak they become impatient. I don’t why these Pro’s are employed. Their job is to listen and then respond. If they can’t do their job then sit at home. No ones gonna disturb you.

  11. Hey guys! Just posted a video about my journey of overcoming my mental illness ❤️ if you guys are interested give it a view! Thanks all ❤️

  12. This is a great channel!! Mental health should be taught more in schools and taken seriously. Also if anyone is struggling don’t be afraid to talk about your feelings or admit you’re not okay. Have a great day people:)

  13. Inspiring… Really appricate seeing the effort put into this video. Well done, I’m sure it has helped thousands 🙂

  14. My class and I liked your video; it was a really good way to teach kids to talk to people they trust about their issues and to know what to do and what is good for their anxiety (their big worries/fears/frustrations out of control).

  15. I really loved this video, it was really inspiring and informative. I used it to help me start my own channel about mental health and wellbeing for Teenagers.

  16. I think it’s a disappointment that they sterilize the mental health if there of no use to the country they get rid off them and people think the doctors are deserving a lot of money to punishing them f them all
