    Learn about insulin resistance, why carbs are NOT needed as part of your diet, and watch the fat just melt away. Once all the lard is gone, THEN did into the hardcore working out as you please. But if you don’t understand insulin resistance and why you should fast you will FAIL.

    What you eat and more importantly when/how you eat is 85% of what you will be weight-wise. Working out – working yourself to death on a treadmill, etc, is 15%. Plus you will learn why even running on a treadmill full speed ……… you may not even burn ANY FAT. Most don’t.

  8. I’ve been on keto for a month and have gained weight! I cut my carbs off to 20 grams a day. Being disabled, I cannot exercise. Help

  10. Here’s the VERY simple math for fat loss:

    (Total calories eaten/day)
    -(Total calories burned/day)

    If your answer is POSITIVE, then you are GAINING fat.

    If your answer is NEGATIVE, then you are LOSING fat.

    Simply create a calorie deficit, and the math will work itself out. It is PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE to gain fat if you are consistently burning more than you consume.

    Get your vitamins, get your minerals, get your water, and get your protein… don’t starve yourself. But if you work more, eat less, or do both at the same time, you will easily shed fat 🙂

  11. My biggest problem is I cannot give up diet soda or Diet iced tea I can’t live on water like most people do I can’t stand it
