  1. So true. This applies to diseases such as depression; always better to use natural remedies instead of potentially dangerous medication. Luckily there is a lot you can do to figure out the root causes and use natural antidepressants such as the omega 3 fatty acids mentioned in a study!

  2. Go vegetarian !!
Pls for animals sake do not cut their bodies and fry eat them no no pls no have some mercy its a request I know u will one day go completely vegetarian and u will be relaxed and will never have guilt in ur mind that u did something cruel !

  3. I used to think that I had Seasonal Affective Disorder (S.A.D.), a problem that makes you feel depressed when the weather’s no good, but then I cut sugar out of my diet (aside from whole fruits) and I realized I do not have S.A.D. Essentially, sugar was negatively affecting my mood… now, I’m pretty much happy all the time, even on gloomy days!

  4. Who else went and grabbed the rancid, raw pumpkin seeds, you forgot about in your cupboard, after watching this video?

  5. It’s completely false that meat is protein. Basic science. Our bodies and animals bodies can’t naturally produce protein and need to eat plants or greens to begin the protein breakdown process. So when you eat an animal the protein you’re getting is recycled protein from plants. However, when I eat my protein as a vegan, I am eating the direct source of protein which Ian obviously healthier and much higher in protein than meat. Just a fun fact

  6. EPIC Norfolk study showed ALA to DHA conversion is increased in vegans. So basically Omega 3 is higher in vegans than in fish eaters, because the body adapts to convert more. If you look at all of the studies there is overwhelming evidence that plant based diet is the most healthy, and eating animal products leads to all kinds of cardio-metabolic illness, degenerative disease and cancer. Animal agriculture is also destroying the environment, and the oceans could be dead by 2050 if things don’t change. We all love animals, so how can we justify causing them harm, and causing such harm to our environment and our bodies just because we like how they taste? Go vegan. It’s as easy as choosing plant milk at the supermarket. Eating a few spoonfuls of flax seeds a day for omega 3. For your health and the health of your family, and the future of our planet, and the well-being of the animals, eat more plants and cut out animal products.

  7. While watching this video, I was inspired to make myself a healthy smoothie (although I believe chewing food is better) instead of eating other snacks. I liked the animation.

  8. The moment I heard serotonin I stopped taking this video seriously. It’s probably just an indoctrinating joke.

  9. We don’t actually need sugar right? So , if I don’t eat sugar ever again in my life, I wouldnt have carb deficiency right?

  10. I haven’t been taking omega3 pills for 1 year. Once the video has finished I got two of them and I decided to get it every day. Thank you.
