Dr. Lissa Rankin: "Mind Over Medicine: Scientific Proof You Can Heal Yourself" | Talks at Google

While some mind-body medicine pioneers and New Age teachers talk about how we can heal ourselves, Dr. Lissa Rankin was a skeptical physician, trained in evidence-based academic medicine and raised by a closed-minded physician father.

  2. so in conclusion its not really what u eat but what u think????? Like emotional Stress is what causes illbesses and diseases like cancer????

  3. What about mental illnesses? How does one repair their brain when there is a documented chemical imbalance of neurotransmitters, to then use a healthy brain and healthy emotions to heal?

  4. No amount of kale can counteract the poisonous effects of cortisol and epinephrine in our body from repetitive stress response

  5. We all need to publicize this type of information to sick people. The sick people keep going to doctors and believe there prognosis. Do your research and see what else is out there for you

  6. If you already had cat Scan that shows anorism in aorta of 4cm can you do anything to correct this. Medicine says no. Be honest is that to late with this condition. One accepts questions but do not answer. I hope you answer.
