Whether you work in an office, from home or on the road, workplace stress can be a real problem with serious consequences. In fact, a survey we recently conducted showed that 59 per cent of Canadians feel that stress experienced at work has a negative effect on their health, and 63 per cent feel that it creates a negative impact other areas of their lives.
