Come into the group fitness studio with Health and Wellness Coach Caroline Jordan for this free 45 minute challenging total body cardio circuit routine. This exercise video includes intermediate and advanced exercises to give you the most effective workout in the least amount of time. This class was filmed during one of Caroline’s group classes at EQUINOX Pine Street in San Francisco. You will need one set of handweights to complete this routine. This total body cardio circuit includes:
